Christmas Programs

In 2009, Nepal made Christmas a national holiday. Since Nepal is primarily a Hindu country, many public schools asked the local churches to teach their students about the meaning of Christmas. Churches across the country organized to fulfill the request.

Our program includes handing out Christmas cards, snacks, and small gifts to each student and teacher.

This program has grown from a handful of schools in 2009 to hundreds of presentations per year, reaching thousands of people with the story of Christmas. This is our largest community service program each year. It is a unique opportunity to come alongside the local churches as they build relationships and serve their communities by sharing the story of Christmas.
